From Sawfish

Hi, due to lack of sawfish maintainership I declared myself as a new project manager. But unfortunately not a coder, due to my lack of lisp skills. I have big experience in C++, but it does not directly translate to C skills, which sawfish uses too.

Despite those obstacles I'll try my best in managing sawfish website, patches, documentation, testing etc. I also rely on input from you :-)
