This theme is called pixel5, it's goal was to be as thin as possible and also to be functional. Since the cursors change when the mouse is over the butons, there should be no problem in functionality. I admit the buttons are tiny and very close to each other, but this theme gives you good screenspace when viewing a webpage or other application that should be full screen. The buttons are colored for each function.
Colors to function are as follows:
blue - menu minimize - yellow maximize - green close - red
and doubleclicking on the top bar shades the window. When the window is shaded the only visible buttons are close and menu.
